1 General Terms & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bdt66 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member"). By using any of bdt66's services, you are agreeing to these Terms.

• These terms apply to all users, both registered and unregistered.
• Bdt66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to its services at any time and without providing a reason.
• While these terms are also provided in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute.
• Bdt66 is an entertainment platform. Betting and gaming carry financial risk, and winnings are never guaranteed.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use bdt66's services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
• You must use a mobile number and email address registered in your own name.
• Account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, bdt66 may request identity documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bdt66's financial transaction rules are designed to ensure transparency and security:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Only bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and cannot be guaranteed for return.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 business hours. In exceptional circumstances, this may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bdt66 complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies to prevent financial crime. Suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.

4 Betting Rules & Result Determination

All betting activities on bdt66 are governed by the rules below. Please make sure you understand these rules before placing any bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bdt66 itself decides to void it.
• Bdt66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Bdt66 is not liable for bets that fail to register during live betting due to network delays.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of the related bet will be determined in accordance with bdt66's established rules.
• For Sports Betting, the announcement of the official governing body is considered final for result determination.
• In casino and fish games, RNG-generated results are final. Any technical complaint must be submitted within 48 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdt66 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the general terms below before accepting any offer:

• Every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, which are typically15–30 times the bonus amount.
• The Welcome Bonus applies once on the first deposit only. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from free spins or free bets.

6 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Bdt66 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person (multi-accounting).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Colluding or coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the system.
• Opening an account using a false identity or attempting to bypass the KYC process.
• Harassing other members or engaging in abusive behavior.

If any of the above activities are detected, bdt66 will immediately close the account, forfeit the entire balance, and report the matter to law enforcement if necessary.

7 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

Bdt66 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a terms violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• As required by legal or regulatory authorities.

Inactive accounts retain their balance and may be reactivated. However, balances in permanently closed accounts will be settled in accordance with bdt66's policies.

You may request account closure at any time. Once approved, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours and any outstanding balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Bdt66 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• Any dispute should first be directed to bdt66's customer support for resolution.
• If customer support is unable to resolve the dispute, both parties will seek resolution through a mutually agreed mediator.
• Any legal matters relating to these terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the platform is registered.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
